Thomas is a motivated fitness professional who understands the importance of exercise & wellness. He oversees & manages his facility & the Health & Wellness Programs for over 100 individuals. Thomas regularly assists clients by aiding in their rehab prescribed by specialists. Thomas also teaches self defense. He has many certifications with over 30 years of experience.
Robin has enjoyed exercising all her life. She is certified through National Endurance Sports Training Association and has a certification in resist-a-ball stretching. Robin has been working as a personal trainer for the past 16 years while competing in several 5K races, keeping a constant weight training program, and a workable eating schedule for herself. Robin believes in the importance of working together to achieve the goals set out for the individual. "We work hard and have a great time."
Matt has been able to make his passion his career since 2001. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin in 2001 with a degree in kinesiology and getting certified with ACSM, Matt started training at the country club in Plano, Texas. The gym and owning a smoothie and supplement shop, has allowed Matt to be in the industry for several years. Matt knows fitness will always be a part of his life and enjoys sharing that with his clients.
